By accessing or using our website at www.eterosoft.com, enrolling in Eterosoft Academy courses, applying for internships, or engaging our professional services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete agreement between you and Eterosoft. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Eterosoft provides two lines of service: professional technology services — web development, mobile apps, UI/UX design, AI solutions, and cybersecurity — and educational programs through Eterosoft Academy — courses, internships, mentorship, and certification.

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or the accounts of other users.

Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Course Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed upon successful payment of course fees. We reserve the right to accept or decline any enrollment at our discretion based on course capacity or eligibility requirements.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use our services independently.

Payment Terms

All course fees must be paid according to the payment schedule agreed upon during enrollment. We accept various payment methods including eSewa, Khalti, bank transfer, and other trusted payment gateways.

Student-Centered Policy

We are committed to providing fair and transparent terms for all students.

• Early Resolution: Refunds are available if classes did not commence within 45 days from your payment date AND if no class recordings have been provided to you.
• Process: To request a refund, complete our self-declaration form. Refund approval depends on meeting eligibility criteria.
• Post-Commencement: Once classes begin, refunds are not available as we invest in essential licenses, resources, and infrastructure for your learning experience.

Flexible Alternatives

We offer multiple support options for various circumstances.

• Course Transition: Change to a different course, different batch timing, or reschedule for whenever is convenient for you.
• Unforeseen Circumstances: Access current batch recordings and seamlessly transfer to the next batch at no additional cost.
• Batch Repeat: Students can repeat batches as needed to reinforce their learning.

Professional services engagements are governed by a separate proposal or service agreement. The scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment milestones are defined in that agreement.

Upon full payment of the agreed fees, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client. Eterosoft retains ownership of its tools, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property used in the engagement.

Revisions are included within the agreed scope. Out-of-scope requests, additional features, or changes made after delivery may be billed separately.

Timelines depend on timely inputs and feedback from the client and on the availability of third-party services.

Access Rights

Course access is granted exclusively to the registered student and cannot be shared with others.

Learning Materials

All course content, materials, and resources are for personal educational use only. Redistribution, copying, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Class Recordings

Live classes may be recorded for educational purposes. By joining classes, you consent to being recorded. Recordings are used solely for student review and educational continuity.

Online Platforms

We deliver online classes through trusted video conferencing and learning platforms. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Our Content

All course materials, logos, designs, code, and content are the intellectual property of Eterosoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in legal action.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any original work you submit. However, by participating in our programs, you grant us permission to use your submissions for educational and assessment purposes.

Client Work

Client deliverables are handled according to the terms of the relevant service agreement.

Professional Behavior

Maintain respectful communication with instructors, staff, fellow students, and clients at all times.

Academic Integrity

Plagiarism, cheating, or misuse of resources will result in course suspension or termination without refund.

Attendance

Regular attendance is essential for course completion. Persistent absenteeism may result in removal from the program.

Recording Policy

Recording of classes without prior written consent is prohibited.

Certificate Eligibility

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all course requirements, including attendance, assignments, and assessments.

Quality Standards

We reserve the right to withhold certificates if quality standards are not met.

Verification

All certificates issued by Eterosoft are subject to verification processes.

Personal Information

Your enrollment constitutes agreement to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of personal data.

Photography and Video

We may capture photos and video for promotional, educational, and documentation purposes. Notify us in writing if you wish to opt out.

Job Placement

With your explicit consent, we may share your CV and academic records with partner companies for internship and job placement opportunities.

CCTV Monitoring

Our physical facilities are monitored by security cameras for safety and security purposes. Footage is retained for up to 90 days.

Resource Care

Students are responsible for the proper care of provided equipment, such as laptops and accessories. Damage to equipment will result in repair or replacement costs.

Cleanliness

Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in all learning spaces. Violations may result in temporary suspension from classes.

Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring adequate internet connectivity and technical setup for online classes.

Platform Conduct

Maintain professional behavior during online sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from classes.

Content Sharing

Sharing of online class links, recordings, or access credentials with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.

Service Availability

While we strive for uninterrupted service, we are not liable for technical issues, internet outages, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Educational Outcomes

We provide quality education but cannot guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, or salary improvements.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the performance or policies of third-party services such as video conferencing platforms or payment processors.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.

Course Changes

We may modify course content, schedules, or instructors based on operational circumstances.

Student Termination

You may discontinue your enrollment subject to our refund policy terms.

Institute Termination

We reserve the right to terminate student enrollment for violations of these terms, non-payment, or other justified reasons.

Data Retention

Upon termination, we retain necessary records as required by law and for educational continuity.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
