UI/UX Design Intern

We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented UI/UX Design Intern to collaborate with our product and engineering teams. You will work on real client applications, design clean interfaces in Figma, and learn modern product design workflows from the ground up. This is a stipend-supported learning internship with the potential to convert into a full-time Junior UI/UX Designer role based on performance.

UI/UX Design Intern

WHAT YOU WILL DO

✓Collaborate with product designers and developers to create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
✓Design intuitive, modern web and mobile interfaces using Figma
✓Contribute to and maintain our Figma design system, UI components, and style guides
✓Participate in design critiques, user research, and usability testing sessions
✓Prepare design handoffs with clear layout specs, states, and responsive breakpoints for front-end engineers
✓Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and team reviews

Requirements

✓Foundational knowledge of UI/UX principles, typography, spacing, color theory, and visual hierarchy
✓Hands-on familiarity with Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, and prototyping)
✓A portfolio or link to sample design projects, case studies, or Figma files demonstrating your design thinking
✓Eagerness to learn, accept constructive feedback, and iterate quickly
✓Basic understanding of responsive web design and mobile app guidelines (iOS/Android)
✓Good communication skills and ability to explain your design decisions
✓No prior professional experience required; passion and personal craft matter most
